Community outreach is the vehicle we have chosen to disseminate our message because we believe in the power of community. We provide an array of outreach services for seniors, including: educational presentations, workshops and classes on a variety of health-related topics, health evaluations and screenings, as well as health counseling and coaching. All of our outreach services are completely free of charge. And our clinical services are fully covered by Medicare because all of our facilities are Medicare approved and certified.
